PSYCH-K® is a simple process that helps you communicate with your subconscious mind so you can change beliefs that are self-limiting to your relationships, self-esteem, job performance, and even your physical health. PSYCH-K® is a direct way to identify and change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving.   The overall goal of PSYCH-K® is to help you free your mind from self-limiting beliefs.

PSYCH-K® is a joint process between client and facilitator; more a do with approach rather than a do to.  The real power to change is in the individual, not in PSYCH-K® itself.  PSYCH-K® is used as a key to unlocking and activating that inner power.  PSYCH-K® enables you to consciously direct key changes in your life with ease and flexibility.  

PSYCH-K® helps you quickly and easily communicate directly with your subconscious mind, and – while using methods of whole-brain integration – change old self-limiting beliefs into new self-enhancing ones that support you.  The results of  this balance may be felt instantaneously or may evolve over time (hours, days, weeks or longer).  Balances seem to last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind, or until you decide to balance for a new goal.  Life is an evolutionary process, so what you balance for at one point in your life may be inappropriate at another time.

Your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. If your life feels like a car being driven with one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake, chances are you have a conflict between your conscious goals and your subconscious beliefs. This kind of conflict can show up in your relationships, job performance, self-esteem, athletics, weight loss, prosperity, even your physical health.

We all, at some point or another, come up against the limiting effect of our beliefs. Through the PSYCH-K® balancing process, both brain hemispheres are activated creating a whole-brain posture to change self-limiting beliefs to self-enhancing beliefs; to transform stress and create the opportunity for us to access our full potential.

Knowing what you don’t want is not the same as knowing what you do want.  In other words, it’s not enough to just get rid of a problem without replacing it with what you really want.  Moving toward joy, for example,  is very different from moving away from pain or sadness.

 PSYCH-K® always uses spiritual permission protocols, i.e., contact with your Higher Self via muscle testing. This ensures that your belief changes are in your highest and best good. PSYCH-K® is popularly characterized as a spiritual process with psychological benefits. While “psych” is often used as an abbreviation for “psychology,” in this case it is used as a variant spelling of the word psyche, meaning ‘mind,’ ‘soul,’ or ‘spirit.’

What to Expect:

We will explore what is not working well for you in your life and/or what you would like to work more effectively. We will then determine what you would like to experience or feel instead.  We will use muscle testing to establish communication with your subconscious mind and do balances, which facilitate the change process appropriate to your issue/s.  We may be able to work on more than one issue during each session, depending on how the session unfolds.

Number of Sessions:

Each individual is unique and PSYCH-K® is a process that is adaptable and flexible for each person.  You may notice some kind of change or transformation during the session, or immediately after, or in the following days or weeks. Each person’s system takes their own time to integrate changes. 
PSYCH-K® is a process which assists you to remember your inner power thereby enabling you to decide when and how you wish to continue.  Some issues may be resolved with only one session while others may require additional sessions.

Frequency of Sessions:

After the initial session, pay attention and observe the effect of the processes as you go about your daily life. After you notice the results, you will be able to decide if you need more sessions and when (ideally 2 or 3 weeks).
As a result of each PSYCH-K® session you may experience a series of transformations.  Observe the changes in diverse areas of your life, not only for what was worked on during the session but the ripple effects of the balances you have done. 

PSYCH-K Sessions on Skype:

Because we believe we are all ONE, it is possible to do PSYCH-K®at a distance, using a process called Surrogation. This is where the Facilitator uses his/her physical self to collaborate with another consciousness that is not physically present.
